From the Crystal Lake Fire/Rescue Department:
Traumatic Injury – 1100 Block of Alexandra Blvd.
Crystal Lake, IL – Crystal Lake Fire Rescue (CLFR) was dispatched to an elementary school [Woods Creek] in the 1100 block of Alexandra Blouvard for a juvenile who suffered a traumatic injury resulting from a fall.
While on scene, Crystal Lake Fire Rescue crews requested LifeNet (medical transport helicopter) to a designated landing zone for a Level I transport.
Patient care was transferred to LifeNet medical crew at the landing zone. LifeNet transported the patient to a Level I Trauma Center.
Patient remains in stable condition.
