The Fraud in Minnesota

Found this 42-minute video put together by Nick Shirley about fraud in day care, home health care and non-emergency transportation in Minnesota.

It’s really incredible how this young man in cooperation with a tenacious older researcher uncovered $110,000 million that most surely looks like fraud.

The two went from licensed day care provider to licensed day care provider looking for children.

At all but one, no kids were visible.

Were this in Illinois I would hope DCFS inspections would shut them down and refer the owners to state and/or Federal prosecutors.
