Skillicorn will be remembered locally for refusing to allow Carolyn Schofield to take his place on the State Representative slot because she wasn’t conservative enough.
And, then, refusing to campaign, allowing Democrat Sue Ness to capture his seat in the Illinois House of Representatives.
The primary election is July 21st.
