From the Huntley Fire Protection District:
On Sunday August 23, 2026, the Huntley Fire Protection District was dispatched to the area of 11200 Block of Myrtle
Street for 911 call reporting an ATV crash.
Firefighter Paramedics arrived to find a single adult male lying in the roadway; there was an ATV nearby.
Firefighter Paramedics treated and transported the adult male in serious condition to Northwestern Huntley Hospital.
A Life-Net helicopter was requested to meet the ambulance at the Hospitals landing zone.
Life-Net Helicopter transported the patient to Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, a Level 1 trauma center.
The Huntley Police are investigating the accident. All questions regarding the accident should be directed to the Huntley Police Department.
