  • The perimeter of the ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM shall be enclosed by fencing having a height of at least seven (7) feet and no more than twenty-five (25) feet.
  • The perimeter of the ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM shall be enclosed by fencing having a height of at least seven (7) feet and no more than twenty-five (25) feet.
  • ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEMS must comply with the sound limitations established by the Illinois Pollution Control Board under 35 Ill. Adm. Code Parts 900, 901, and 910.
  • A decommissioning plan, consistent with the requirements of Chapter 8 of NFPA 855 and State of Illinois Public Act 104-0458, shall be provided at the time of building permit review.
  • The ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM shall be decommissioned within eighteen (18) months after abandonment.
