From the Coroner:
McHenry County Coroner, Dr. Michael Rein, announced that his office was contacted on April 8, 2026, at around 4:30 pm by Woodstock Police Department to investigate the death of Adam Feltner, age 51.
The decedent was discovered at a homeless encampment around the intersection of Rt. 47 and Irving Av. in Woodstock.
The determination of Mr. Feltner’s death was ruled a natural death and no autopsy was performed. The Coroner’s Office would like to thank the Woodstock Police Department during this investigation.
