Congressman Mike Bost is challenging current Illinois election law that allows ballots postmarked by Election Day to be counted if received as long as fourteen days after the election.

His suit was dissed until the U.S. Supreme Court overruled lower courts.

I’m guessing the suit will not be finalized until after this fall’s election.
