Structure Fire – 1370 North Avenue Crystal Lake
Crystal Lake, IL – The Crystal Lake Fire Rescue Department at 12:50pm, responded to 1370 North Avenue, Crystal Lake IL for a report of smoke coming from a single family residence.
Upon arrival on scene, fire crews noted smoke coming from the chimney of the residence.
Upon entering the structure, fire crews reported heat and smoky conditions and upgraded to a working
structure fire. Fire crews quickly located and extinguished the fire reporting it under control at 13:14.
Area fire departments including McHenry FPD, Huntley FPD Algonquin FPD, and Woodstock FPD along with the Crystal Lake Fire Rescue Department assisted at the scene.
The fire is currently under investigation.
