From the Marengo Police:
At approximately 6:10 AM on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at N. State Street and Municipal Drive, the Marengo Police Department arrested Jose M. Alicea-Reyes, 51, of Mueller Circle, Plainfield, IL, for the following alleged offenses; six counts of
- Owning an Animal for Sport Fighting-Roosters (Class 4 Felony),
- Possess or Sell Equipment for Animal Fight (Class 4 Felony),
- a traffic citation for Operating
- Uninsured Vehicle, and warning for No Lights When Required.
Jose M. Alicea-
Reyes was transferred to the custody of the McHenry County Jail at 9:37 AM on 05/10/2025.
