At approximately 11:47 PM on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Deerpass Road//River Road, the Marengo Police Department arrested Oscar Gomez, 31, of Joshua Tree, Harvard IL, for the following alleged offense(s);
- Improper Lane Usage,
- Possession of Adult Use Cannabis/Driver, and
- DUI-Alcohol.
Oscar Gomez was arrested and released with a Notice to Appear in court.
