Lauren Underwood hits back at JB Pritzker
This tweet caught my attention.
Lauren Underwood mentions Elon Musk and money in politics but the message could easily be about JB Pritzker.
(Underwood raised no objections to Pritzker spending money to buy Supreme Court justices in Illinois but never mind that.)
The timing of the tweet is interesting because Pritzker has endorsed Juliana Stratton for Senate and Underwood is a rumored candidate.
A group called 314 Action which is backing Underwood tweeted yesterday that the Senate is not for sale.
In the video, Underwood specifically mentions the Senate.
She calls out “billionaires like Elon Musk” who try to buy politicians.
The same could be said about the billionaire JB Pritzker.
Underwood told the crowd, “Illinois is not for sale.”
Who has meddled more in Illinois politics, Elon Musk or JB Pritzker?
It is probably not a coincidence that she posted this today — right after the media reported that JB Pritzker has been trashing her.
