Alcohol Compliance Checks
Thursday, June 18, 2026, the Huntley Police Department conducted alcohol sales compliance checks on establishments that hold liquor licenses with the Village of Huntley.
Of the 36 establishments checked, four were found to be in violation and served alcohol to persons under the age of twenty-one.
The establishments that were found not to be compliant were as follows:
- Armanetti’s Wine and Spirits, 9714 Illinois Route 47, Huntley IL
- Jewel-Osco, 13200 Village Green Dr, Huntley IL
- Rookies Sports Bar & Grill, 12220 Princeton Dr, Huntley IL
- Walmart, 12300 Illinois Route 47, Huntley IL
The store employee who served the alcohol product to the minor in the aforementioned establishment was issued a Village of Huntley Municipal Code Violation Citation.
Compliance checks are performed by the Huntley Police Department to determine whether local liquor license holders are complying with state and local alcohol laws that prohibit the sale, purchase, and acceptance of alcohol to persons under the age of 21.
