As I have written before Brown was the only 11th District candidate I got a photo of at the Marengo parade. Charlie Kim was there, but I didn’t get a picture of him.
She was one of two candidates whose petitions were challenged by a supporter of one of the other teo candidates.
The State Board of elections ruled her off the ballot
When Brown went to Circuit Court she lost.
