Less than 25 minutes after swearing the petitioner and the pubic in, without any testimony given, the ZBA decided to continue the hearing until 11/19 at 1:30pm
The petitioner’s lawyer asked to use the testimony from the last hearings instead of starting with a clean slate.
Two ZBA members were not present during previous hearings so the ZBA decided to continue the hearing so members could read the transcripts or watch the meetings on the meeting portal rather than have petitioner present his case from the beginning today.
