Why is the Settlers Days Parade the best in McHenry County?

It’s because it has more bands than any other town’s parade.

There are at least six because after the parade there is a band contest at the high school.

There is usually excellent weather.

The biggest and most well-financed band is from Evanston.

It members had fancy raincoat.

Other bands, such at North Boone’s, got wet.

Photos are from 2024, a sunny day.
