McHenry County Coroner’s Office Investigating Death of Motorcycle Accident
McHenry County Coroner Dr. Michael Rein announced that the McHenry County Coroner’s Office was notified by McHenry Police Department at approximately 3:30 a.m. on June 28, 2026, regarding the death of Paul Viduya Jr.
Mr. Viduya was traveling on Charles Miller Rd. where he was found in the grass off the road near the intersection of McHenry Av and pronounced deceased at the scene.
An autopsy was performed on June 30, 2029.
Preliminary findings show blunt force injuries as the cause of death. Toxicology testing is currently pending.
The McHenry County Coroner’s Office continues to work collaboratively with McHenry Police Department, McHenry Township Fire Department and McHenry County Major Crash Assistance Team (MCAT)
