After seeing an upside down American Flag flying at Lakewood’s RedTail Golf Course, I have to wonder who ran it up the flagpole and why?
It is not illegal to fly an American Flag upside down, but it is clearly inappropriate to fly a flag as tattered as this one.
Does it indicate a political position?
Of the individual who pulled it up the flagpole or Lakewood Village’s elected Board members?
