22nd Judicial Circuit Employee Earns National Court Management Certification

WOODSTOCK, IL — The 22nd Judicial Circuit of McHenry County is pleased to announce Bryanna Wojtkiewicz, Caseflow Coordinator, has successfully completed the Certified Court Manager (CCM) program through the National Center for State Courts’ Institute for Court Management (ICM).

Bryanna was part of the first cohort of its kind through a partnership between ICM and the Illinois Judicial College.

More than fifty court professionals from around the state participated in this program. A graduation ceremony was held at the Illinois Supreme Court on Friday,May 23rd with Justice Lisa Holder White in
attendance.

The CCM certification is a nationally recognized professional designation signifying excellence in court leadership and management.

Developed by the National Center for State Courts (NCSC), the Institute for Court Management was established by Chief Justice Warren E. Burger and is the only nationally accredited program of its kind in the United States.

It is designed to enhance the administrative and operational competencies of those who serve in the judicial branch.

“I always wanted to be a part of the bigger picture in the community and that’s why I love working for the Courts. As our society changes so does the judicial system. The progression of access to justice, the prongs of public trust and confidence, and the foundation of accountability will always be my purpose as a Certified Court Manager,” stated Ms. Wojtkiewicz.

The CCM program includes six essential courses covering:

 Court Performance Standards
 Managing Court Financial Resources
 Managing Human Resources
 Managing Technology Projects and Information
 Visioning and Strategic Planning
 Principles of Caseflow Management

Each course is tailored to address the increasingly complex demands faced by today’s court professionals.

Program participants engage in rigorous coursework, peer learning, and applied projects that directly benefit the courts they serve.

“We are proud of Bryanna’s achievement,” said Dan Wallis, Trial Court Administrator.

“Completing the Certified Court Manager program reflects Bryanna’s strong commitment to professional development and to advancing the administration of justice in McHenry County. Our courts are strengthened when our employees bring national best practices and a deeper understanding of court operations to their roles.

“We are continually striving for excellence in court management, and national certifications like this demonstrate our dedication to ensuring accountability, access to justice, and public trust.”

The 22nd Judicial Circuit will continue to support and encourage professional development among its employees through engagement with national organizations and leadership programs that enhance service delivery and court performance. Bryanna will continue her ongoing education by seeking her Certified Court Executive certification, also through NCSC, later this fall.
