I find it ironic that the first accomplishment featured is the giving of taxpayer-financed health care to the kids of illegal aliens.
Previously, Governor Jim Edgar had expanded Medicaid coverage to children of legal immigrants.
Oh, well.
Most people don’t have a clue about the specifics of “Made Illinois first state to guarantee healthcare for all children.”
