| Eligible women in Illinois can receive regular screenings for BREAST & CERVICAL cancer and prompt follow-up of abnormal findings. You are eligible to receive free services if you: |
- Live in McHenry County
- Are between 21-64 years old
- No income requirements AND one of the following applies:
- Uninsured
- UnderinsuredI
- nsured with a high deductible (IBCCP-contracted providers only)
- Not eligible for Medicare Part B
