The photos taken by Harvard Fire Protection District public information officer Alex Vucha appeared not only on Fox32 last night, but also on WLS-TV.

As the stunning photos of the Los Angeles fires prove, they is wide public interest the work of firefighters.

Besides Vucha’s photographs, a consortium of TV stations sent a helicopter to take aerial images.

It is interesting that small fire departments like Harvard and Marengo hire Vucha, but only big one–Woodstock–does.
