Now that the election is over, finally have some space to post a personal thing!

Can’t wait to marry you AGAIN at the “official wedding”next year abroad❤️ BUT happy engagement AND happy 2 months of marital bliss to my soulmate.

The short version!:

It was a Summer day in Paris.

My sister & I (quite literally) stumble in this cute cafe like typical American girls looking for ice lattes after missing two trains to London.

I look up & see this handsome Brit from across the way sitting down with 2 other guys.

He looks up at me.

We lock eyes.

I freeze!!

Love at first sight.

At a cafe in Paris?

No way.

The City of Love!

My sister plays wing woman.

By that time though, B had paid our bill & walked over to us & invited us to sit down with his table.

A true English gentleman!

Thank GOD I threw on some makeup on before walking out that day

Had it not been for the “Butterfly effect” (so many things went wrong & right! leading up to it) we’d never would have even been at the same place TO lock eyes.

We would’ve missed each other had we walked in 5 min later. I

thank God for all the people & little & big lessons, moments in our journey that led us to the same place. Serendipity met magic.

Magic became love

From all of the effort you put into pursuing me across the world after I “played hard to get” from across continents  to putting up with my cray cray  to asking me to be your wife, I’m grateful that you chose me, & that I get to wake up next to you every morning.
