Haig Haleblian stated after a woman asked a question whose content could not be heard.
That in spite of this clause in the resolution that passed 6-0:
The properties will be paid with existing funds, the Mayor said.
“It will not be a fitness facility,” the Mayor said, pointing out he is only one of seven votes.
