From the Coroner:
The woman is Kirsten Harmon and she died in a single car crash in the 600 book of North Division in Harvard on December 29th.
Division Street is better known as Route 14.
The Coroner’s press release follows:
McHenry County Coroner, Dr. Michael Rein, announced that his office was contacted on .December 29, 2025, by Harvard Police Department around 6:00am to investigate the death of Kirsten Harmon, age 60, of Marengo, Illinois.
The decedent was involved in a single vehicle car accident around the 600 block of Division St. in Harvard.
An autopsy was performed on Tuesday December 30, 2025.
At this time there are no preliminary results and toxicology is currently pending. The Coroner’s Office is continuing to work collaboratively with Harvard Police Department and Harvard Fire Department.
