From the campaign of U.S. Senate hopeful Don Tracy:

Don Tracy Declines to Challenge Opponents’ Petitions; Embraces Party Unity and Service

SPRINGFIELD –  The Don Tracy for Illinois campaign reviewed the ballot petitions of the several Republicans who filed for US Senate.

Although this review revealed significant petition deficiencies that could result in removal of a couple candidates from the ballot, Tracy chose not to challenge any of these petitions.

Don Tracy welcomes all Republican voices in this primary so the democratic process can play out as it should and Illinoisans who vote in the primary can decide for themselves who is the best Republican candidate to take on whoever emerges from the Democrat primary.

In order to be successful in the 2026 General Election, the Republican Party will have to unify after the primary. Tracy has pledged to support whoever wins the Republican Primary for U.S. Senate.

As we reflect on the values that unite us, the Tracy campaign takes this opportunity to honor those who have fought to protect our freedoms.

On this Veterans Day, Don extends his deepest gratitude to all who have served or are currently serving in the U.S. military. He offers special recognition to veterans who continue their service to our nation through roles in law enforcement. Their dedication and sacrifice embody the highest ideals of service to country and community.
