From the Coroner:
McHenry County Coroner, Dr. Michael Rein, announced that his office was contacted on November 4, 2025, by Crystal Lake Police Department around 5:30 am to investigate the deaths of Yeisimar Morales-Sanchez, age 20, of Crystal Lake and Kirby Graham, age 31, of Grayslake.
The decedents were found deceased in a vehicle around the 700 block of Coventry Lane in Crystal Lake.
Autopsies will be performed on November 6, 2025.
The Coroner’s Office is continuing to work with Crystal Lake Police Department and Crystal Lake Fire Department.

Crystal Lake Police Conduct Death Investigation
Crystal Lake, IL- On November 4, 2025 at approximately 5:32 am, the Crystal Lake Police Department and the Crystal Lake Fire Rescue Department were called to the 700 block of Coventry Lane for a report of two people possibly asleep in a vehicle parked on the roadway.
Upon arrival, police located a female, approximately 20 years of age, and a male, approximately 32 years of age, unresponsive and with no obvious signs of injury.
On-scene public safety personnel quickly started life-saving measures.
The measures were ultimately unsuccessful and the two subjects were pronounced deceased.
The McHenry County Coroner was called to the scene to assist.
This case is considered an active investigation.
While we are still gathering evidence, we are confident there is no danger to the public as a result of this incident.
