From the Marengo Police:
At approximately 3:15 PM on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Johnson St, the Marengo Police Department arrested Brandon Kanehl, 35, of Johnson St, for the following alleged offenses relating to an incident from October 7th, 2025;
- Criminal Trespass to State Supported Land and
- 2 counts of Disorderly Conduct.
Brandon Kanehl was transferred to the custody of the McHenry County Jail at 4:00 PM on
10/18/2025.
