Marengo McHenry County Board President Marty Mohr shepherded county GOP candidates through seven taverns last Sunday to gather election petition signatures.
Sheriff Robb Tadelman, Senator Dave Syverson, District 8 Candidate Marty Mohr, Riley Township PC Yvonne Daniels, Regional Superintendent of Schools Diana Hartmann, Clerk Joe Tirio, Treasurer Donna Kurtz and Marengo Twp. 1 PC Tom Lechocki.
Mohr writes, “We went to 7 of Marengo’s finest pubs during the Lions / Bears game.
“Each of the County Candidates gathered 50-60 signatures from the conservative folks in Marengo.”
Two years ago Mohr did it with McHenry County Board Chairman Mike Buehler, Coroner Dr. Mike Rein, Clerk of Courts Kathy Keefe and the Honorable Suzanne Mangiamele.
