On May 31st of this year, the Marengo Police Department responded to 550 Telegraph Street for a report of a male subject looking into residential windows.
Through the investigation, the subject was identified as 35-year-old Dustin Hanabarger of 6404 Dunham Road, Union, IL.
On June 16th, the Marengo Police Department obtained an arrest warrant issued for the offense of Disorderly Conduct/Window Peeping (3 or More Prior Convictions), a Class 4 Felony based on having two or more prior convictions for the same offense.
On 09/04/25 around 5:45 PM, Dustin Hanabarger was taken into custody by the McHenry County Sheriff’s Department at 6404 Dunham Road, Union.
He was transported to McHenry County Jail. On 09/05/25, Dustin Hanabarger was granted pre-trial release from jail.
