Mayor Mark Kownick has declared the following state of an emergency for the Village of Cary due to severe and damaging weather conditions that have caused and continue to present risk of serious damage, community wide power outages, injury, losses, hardship or suffering Village residents, urgent and ongoing health and safety threat to the residents of the Village and the community generally.
