Bad weather will not keep customers from browsing at farmers’ markets.
- Starting Nov. 8, the Woodstock Farmers Market is moving indoors to a new location – All Seasons Apple Orchard! You can find it there from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. most Saturdays through April. The orchard is located at 14510 Route 176, Woodstock.
- Starting Nov. 9, the Farmers Market+ at the Dole will be moving indoors at the Dole Mansion, 401 Country Club Road in Crystal Lake. It’s open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. most Sundays through April.
- Through May, the Cary Farmers Market is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. the first and third Sundays of each month at the Algonquin Township Building, 3702 Route 14, Crystal Lake.
- Through the winter, the Huntley Farmers Market will be open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the second Saturday of the month. In November and December, it will move to the Huntley American Legion, 11712 Coral St.; then, from January to April, it will move to the Huntley Municipal Complex, 10987 Main St.
