From the Evanston Roundtable comes these poll results for the 9th Congressional District Democratic Party Primary:
The weighted text message poll of 917 likely Democratic voters was conducted from Oct. 14 to Oct. 16 by MDW Communications, a Florida-based political advertising firm that ran an earlier poll for Abughazaleh’s campaign in June.
The poll reports, with a 3.4% margin of error, that the top three candidates are Biss at 18%, Abughazaleh at 13% and state Sen. Laura Fine (9th District) at 9%. No other candidate polled above 4%, and around half of the voters were still undecided.

These results put Abughazaleh 3% higher than in the June poll, compared with 1% growth from Biss and Fine, which a polling memo from MDW argues as evidence she is “the only candidate whose support is growing.” Cross-tabs for the poll were not provided.
