Don Tracy Celebrates Historic Gaza Hostage Release and Calls for Continued Peace

SPRINGFIELD –  Don Tracy, a candidate for United States Senate, issued the following statement today in response to the release of the final 20 Israeli hostages by Hamas, marking a significant milestone in the Gaza ceasefire and a step toward lasting peace in the Middle East:

“Today, we celebrate the safe return of 20 Israeli hostages, reunited with their families after over two years of unimaginable heartache and hardship.

This historic breakthrough, driven by strong leadership from the White House, blending firm resolve with direct engagement, has delivered what prior administrations could not: an end to active hostilities in Gaza and a monumental step toward peace in the Middle East.

I join the nation in praying for healing for all affected.

As your Senator, I will champion bold diplomacy and common-sense leadership to foster peace in matters at home and abroad, ensuring a brighter future for all.”

Tracy’s statement reflects his campaign’s commitment to strong leadership and common sense solutions.
