From the 2050 Plan, a report on townships which have plans:
Townships McHenry County is made up of 17 townships. In Illinois, townships have an elected governing board and are responsible for providing services such as snow removal, senior transportation, and emergency services. Townships can plan for future growth and development within their boundaries. Currently, Riley, Alden, Marengo, and Coral Townships have development land use plans, adopted in 1998, 2005, 2010, and 2024 respectively. There are 13 townships in McHenry County that do not currently have a plan for future growth and development
But the Greenwood Township Comprehensive Plan can be found here.

Have to wonder why it is not mentioned in the 2050 Plan.
