UPDATE: Massive Response to Accident at Randall and Village, POLICE BLOTTER

From the Lake in the Hills Police:

After half-price pizza at Morretti’s Pizza, my wife and I drove north on Randall Road.

She saw a man crawling out of an overturned vehicle.

She couldn’t remember if there were two or three vehicles involved.

We were sitting at the light near Costco as three fire engines streamed past and at least three ambulances.

As we approached Miller Road, traffic was being detoured to the right.

Some, not knowing the local streets turned left to try to reach Crystal Lake, not knowing that all those streets end at Roosevelt.

We looped around to Pyott Road to reach Crystal Lake.

There was even a backup at McHenry Avenue, Randall having been closed.
