The First Methodist Church in Crystal Lake has partnered with The Chapel in McHenry to distribute no- questions-asked food every Friday (well, maybe not the Friday after Thanksgiving).
The Chapel is located on the south edge of Route 31 in McHenry.
A flag is posted at 1:30, the time before which people are not allowed to drive to the back of the building and line up.
Over one hundred families are typically served.
