First noticed at an Algonquin Founders Days Parade, staff and volunteers of the Algonquin-Lake in the Hills Library distribute books to kids at parades.
Saturday, they did it again at the Lake in the Hills Labor Day Parade.
Crystal Lake’s entries on Independence Day Parade move carts around the street. (I wish they gave away books, too.)
