Business Capital Assistance Program Grant Agreement, Lord of Beers
The Board will consider authorizing the Village Administrator to execute an agreement with The Neela Restaurant Group, Inc. to provide a Business Capital Assistance Program grant of $15,000 for Lord of Beers, a bar / restaurant opening soon at 726 Northwest Highway.
Façade Grant Agreement – Pence Holdings
The Board will consider authorizing the Village Administrator to execute an agreement with Pence Holdings (the owner of 412 Lincoln Avenue) to provide a façade grant of $16,000 associated with the costs of new windows, siding and a door.
