At approximately 2:50 AM on Friday, August 22, 2025, at W. Union Rd and E. Grant Hwy, the Marengo Police Department arrested Stuart Carlson, 35, of Hollyhock Dr, Rockford, IL, for the following alleged offenses:
- Aggravated DUI – 3+ Priors (Felony)
- Aggravated DUI – While License Revoked for DUI (Felony)
- Possession of Controlled Substance-Cocaine (Felony)
- Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (Misdemeanor)
- Driving While License Revoked (Misd.)
- Obstructing a Peace Officer (Misd.)
- Resisting a Peace Officer (Misd.)
- Obstructing Justice (Misd.)
- Failure to Yield Emergency Vehicle
- Operating Uninsured Vehicle
tuart Carlson was arrested and transferred to the McHenry County jail at 8:25 AM on 08/22/2025. Stuart Carlson was granted pre-trial release on 08/23/2025.
