Mobile Home Property Tax Bills are in the Mail

WOODSTOCK, Ill. – Mobile home property tax bills have been mailed, and residents have until Tuesday, Oct. 14 to pay them.

Payment can be made by cash or check, in person or through the mail; credit/debit card payment is not
accepted for mobile home taxes.

Checks must be made out to the McHenry County Collector.

To pay in person, visit the McHenry County Treasurer’s Office at 2100 N. Seminary Ave., in Woodstock – you can pay inside or through the drive-thru. Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays; the office will be closed Monday, Sept. 1 for Labor Day, and Monday, Oct. 13 for Columbus Day/Indigenous People’s Day.

To pay by mail, send a check (please do not mail cash) to the McHenry County Collector, 2200 N. Seminary Ave., Woodstock, IL 60098.

Late payments are subject to a $25 per month penalty with a maximum of four months ($100).
