In response to a Freedom of Information request about documents concerning HealthBridge, Crystal Lake Park District Director Jason Herbster wrote the following in his cover email:
“As an FYI, the Park District is no longer pursuing the Healthbridge Facility.”
In the documents provided, Crystal Lake Mayor Haig Haleblian seems to be a prime mover.
I repeat my suggestion that if primary interest is being shown by Crystal Lake city officials, then Crystal Lake should be the ones pursuing the purchase of HealthBridge, rather than the Park District.
