Rape and Other Sexual Abuse Charged in Illinois’ Juvenile Facilities

With the knowledge I have of rape in Illinois prisons, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that it occurs in juvenile detention centers as well.

Even back in the mid-to-late 1990’s when I was exposing what scores of inmates wrote me.

The difference is that the abuses boys and girls back then didn’t write letters to a legislator.

Now, as adults, hundreds are suing the State.
