The closure is expected to last approximately six months and will restrict westbound access to Miller Road
from Randall Road.
Detour signage will be posted to help guide drivers safely through alternate routes.
DETOUR ROUTES:
- If you are travelling from the south along Randall Road, the detour route will have you
divert onto Algonquin Road which you will take to Lakewood Road before you are then
able to turn onto Miller Road. - If you are travelling from the north the detour route will have you divert onto Ackman
Road, which you will take to Lakewood Road before you are then able to turn onto
Miller.
Drivers are encouraged to plan and allow extra time when traveling through the area.
This work is part of Phase III: Stage 2 of the Randall Road Improvements project, led by the McHenry County Division of Transportation.
