Motorcycle Crash on Washington Street
On Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 6:19 a.m., the Woodstock Fire/Rescue District and Woodstock Police Department responded to the intersection of Route 14 and Washington Street in Woodstock for a reported motorcycle crash.
Washington Street is Route 120. It meets Route 14 north of town.]
Upon arrival, crews located a motorcycle and its male rider in the ditch.
Despite immediate assessment, the individual had sustained injuries incompatible with life and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Firefighters and paramedics cleared the scene a short time later.
The Woodstock Police Department, with assistance from the McHenry County Regional Major Crash Assistance Team (MCAT), is investigating the crash
