That’s what came to mind when I saw this report from the Lake in the Hills Police about a kid showing a BB gun while on remote learning at Marlowe Middle School:
It reminded me of the photo of Crystal Lake’s Jacob Rokusek featured in a Chicago Tribune blog after I shared it.
His father David took it of his son in the window of his Galena toy store called The Atomic Toy Company (which still exists under different ownership).
