You know it’s spring when you start seeing people enjoying the pleasure of driving with their convertible tops down.

I barely caught the first car driving past our Lakewood home on Lake Avenue this weekend.

And, then, I saw a Mustang, driven by a woman with her child in the front seat, turning east from Dole Avenue onto Route 14 past Andy's Family Restaurant.

It was driven by a man and, catch the license plate:

PLACEBO
