Message of the Day – Bicycles
Here we have a parade of bicycles.It’s after school and the kids are being led home from South School by one of the children’s mothers.
This picture was taken on Lake Avenue facing the Crystal Lake Park District’s Main Beach.
Does it remind you of a mother duck leading her ducklings?

Message of the Day – Bicyclists
On Saturday the bicyclists were out in droves in Lakewood.They were all on or heading toward the beautiful South Shore Drive, which goes past all four of Country Club Additions subdivision beaches.
This street is equally worth walking or running, if you don’t care to ride a bike.
Yes, spring is here.
Or, maybe it’s sprummer.
You know, a combination of spring and summer.
It was in the 80’s both Saturday and Sunday.
