Here’s what I found had replaced the first notice that my son’s doctors’ group was not whole-heartedly accepting Governor Rod Blagojevich’s All Kids.

The medical group is no longer accepting new patients who participate in "All Kids as a primary or secondary insurance."

However, the group will “continue to provide medical to our existing patients who participate in All Kids as primary insurance only.

I wonder what the problem is.

It seems to suggest that Kids Care, passed while Governor Jim Edgar was in office, is turning into All Kids.

Maybe the state is transferring children from the old program to the newer one in order to make the new one look more successful.

I'm still waiting for the state to tell the public how many of the children enrolled in All Kids are in the United States illegally.
