Yes, the older I get, the more I appreciate dogs.

For the most part, they either love you, ignore you, or bite you.

At least they're honest.

A lot of people on the other hand........

I so agree! Besides having personal integrity, and loyalty, dogs are also a good judge of character. He's quite opinionated when some pro-referendum person knocks on the door. He has a whole different demeanor with the UPS man, the pizza delivery man, and the mail man. He never growls at them....but anyone who has ever come to our door pushing for more money for the schools, and he has growled at them! No kidding!
