Speculations About a Second Grayville Prison Scam – How about Hopkins Park?

long-time lobbyist and friend Ron Swanson’s having gotten advance notice of Ryan’s intention to put a new prison in the southeastern Illinois town of Grayville.

After learning of the decision, the former State Senator and Governor Richard Ogilvie staffer is alleged to have encouraged Grayville residents to pay him $50,000 to lobby for their town’s selection.
